Pallet Wrap
A lot of people start out doing mummification using cling film. Actually, some people still do, but whilst it is readily available and raises few eyebrows in the household waste, it is very 'fly-away' and quite difficult to manage. In addition, it is so flimsy and much easier to break out of so you have to use a lot more of it to start with. Pallet wrap is like industrial strength cling film. It is definitely my preference when wishing to hold someone securely. It is measured in micron (mu) and comes in 2 forms: blown film has a slightly tacky surface and clings to itself and skin more easily (not permanently! See the Tips and Tricks page). Cast film is not tacky and clings to itself only
